A 35% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance due 90 days before arrival.
If your booking is made within 12 weeks of arrival, then the full amount is payable to book. All prices include air-conditioning in each room and central heating in the winter. Prices are per week for partial or full occupancy. A returnable security deposit of £300 is required as insurance against any breakages or excessive use of electricity or gas.
